A Bizzy Bee Creating...How Sweet It Is...

I so love creating....and I've been doing so much more of it, since I started blOZging - it seems as though blOZging has stir up the creative juices in me....I can remember way back when - when I was in Kindergarten making all kinds of things...I actually made a painting/picture/etching in class - that my Kindergarten teacher Mrs. M, had it framed - to give it to me as a gift, if I ever got married (Mrs. M was a good friend of our family) - well I haven't gotten married yet (there's still hope) and Mrs. M has passed away...so I'll never see it again, but I have a picture of it in my memory & to think someone thought my work was great enough even to frame and she was a grown up at that - way to cool...so that was the beginning of my creative journey of art in my life...

I have had my lows & highs with creating, and sometimes I put it on the back burner - due to things that are happening in my life - but low and behold I always go back to it...it a magnetic that never loses its strength......so on that note here are a few of the things that I have been creating for different swaps - please take a look at my creations - but I know for sure there will be lots more...especially since I signed up for more swaps....leave a comment or two of what you think of them...and don't forget to add your picture to my followers list & when you leave a comment its enter into the give away jar for a winner to be pull on Monday the 17th - I will show the items that will be in my give away this weekend....and if you're keeping score this post makes number 6...

Maine...the way Life should bee for me

Hello all...I'm not sure if anyone is out there in blOZ land ...but if you are here are some of my pictures that I took while I was away in Maine in July...a state of mind that I would like to always bee in...one day I hope to live there....how sweet it would bee...I feel like tapping the computer glass and saying "Hello...is there any one out there?".... if you are thanks for stopping by....

I can't believe that two weeks have gone by - since I've been on holiday in Maine...I've been going for eleven years now, and I always enjoy my stays - whether if the weather is good or bad...plus I'm blessed to enjoy it with my Aunt Min & Cuz' Bridget...we get together but once a year and this is were we go to enjoy each other's company...so take your time while you stop by my "land of blOZ" and take in - just a little of the portion of sites, I get to see while I'm there...

Please take a holiday some time soon to the Vacation Land of Maine and tell them I sent you...while you're there, have a lobstah or two....

"Goddess of the Sea... Mizz Diva Devine"

Isn't she just a splashy kind of gal - or as some would call her a sea creature, but I have to say she is a "Goddess of the Sea" Mizz Diva Devine....she has oceans of fun with her to little friends....they always make it a point to look their best, because you never know what sea captain they might meet in the depths of the sea...especially when they hear her sing a beautiful melody... Oh how she wishes she could meet the sea-man of her dreams...so she sits on rock looking up at the stars as she sings another sweet melody...

But you see out there in blOZ land this sweet little gal went to live with some sweet gal out west...we were sadden to see her go with her friends to another land that she will explore...but I know that there will be more to come since she was my first and special one...oh well let me get back to create more things that will go to many other far away places be sure to be on the look out for all these items that I create...they are sooo much fun to do...pleasure making things for each & everyone of you.

Hello there...thanks for stopping by my blOZ...its sooo wonderful that Kari from ArtsyMama is hosting such a wonderful event - to think she invited the one and only Tara Frey who we all owe our thanks for writing such a wonderful book that will be informative for all of us blOZ"ettes" to read - I know I'm going to go out and by my copy....

I'm sorry I didn't catch your name would you be so kind and leave your picture in my followers box...and I will be sure to stop by and say "HI"....well do I start - you see it still amazes me that I had gotten up the nerve to start a blOZ and I'm sooo glad I did - and I promise I'll never look back...the first time for me for blOZging was not so long ago I started on February 7, 2009...and I think I still would have not started it if it wasn't for my friend Ms. Ladybug herself Geralyn from "Greetings from Geralyn"...she gave me that little push that I needed and I am sooo glad that I got to meet her face to face...she is a true cheerleader of life - she encourages everyone that I see that she visits in blOZ land and in her life, and she is truly sincere - she enjoys life....she is a GRAND GAL and I am so glad that I can call her a friend...thank you so much Ms. LadyBug aka Geralyn...

With Geralyn's little push a door open up for me that was unbelievable - all the sites, the blOZs, everything was pure magic to me and I am so glad that I am on the LONGGGG list of blOZzers that are out there....as regards to being a pro at this I'm not, I have sooo much more to learn and that my friends is why I'm going to purchase Tara Frey's book so that I can learn...as a matter of fact I had a whole different plan for my entry for today's party but as you see by the time of day that I'm entering this entry - I am running behind on time, cause of things that came up in the day....for one thing my camera will not down load the pictures that I wanted to show on today's post...I thing I'm going to have to bring in extra help on this one - my friend/neighbor's husband is a computer wiz so I hope he can help me....second I wanted my post to be in before 6:00 pm - I don't think soo LOL....ahhh the list goes on so I don't want to bore you - so that you never come back to visit again...

Extra - Extra! Read All About It...

I would like to visit just for a little while - to tell you about two events that are going to happen (if you are keeping count this is my #2 entry)....in my last post I talk about friends that I've met in "blOZ Land".....well I've met many crafty women and one of them is Kari from ArtsyMama..Kari will be hosting a party tomorrow a"Blog Party" that is, so please stop by her blog to see what all the excitement is about...it's going to be a blast - there are a lot of bloggers on the roll list that will be attending, so please spot on by...and enjoy the party...

Okay so I wanted to tell you some more good news of an event that will be happening here in Red Bank, New Jersey - one town down from me way toooo cool...the event that I am speaking about is hosted by no other than Lisa Kettell herself, drum roll please....it is the "Art Opera 2010" it going to be a splash...I can't wait its everything and more...so please go visit Lisa blog to find out more...and two of the many teachers are two more Jersey gals Kecia of Lemoncholoy's and Jenny of "Everyday is a Holiday"...this event will totally rock...I've had the pleasure of meeting Kecia and Lisa...but still haven't yet to meet Jenny but I know I will and I can't wait....see what blogging is all about its about the special people that you meet through just turning on your computer and taking in sooo much more - its Electrifying!

Happy Friendship Day to My Friends in the "LaND oF blOZ"

Hello to all my "blOZ" friends - out there in the "LaND oF blOZ"....as I look at my calendar the other day, I notice a little row of printed words that stated "Friendship Day" August 2nd 2009. As I started preparing the items for my give-away on August 17th - I said to myself what an appropriate day to start the first entry of the twelve that will lead to my 49th entry and my49th birthday....

Since I've started blogging I've had the honor of visiting soooo many beautiful, whimsical, creative & interesting blogs that have introduce me to some lovely ladies - that I now call friends....whether it be meeting face to face or still e-chatting in cyber-space... You all have brought sooo much more into my life that you cannot believe...the positive & supportive energy that is out there is electrifying.....the creativity out there just blows my mind....the beauty that radiants through the computer through your blog brings sunshine into my little art room even on a cloudy...so thank you from the bottom of my heart for brightening my days in many ways...

The Buzz on the "Honey" of a Bee Prize....

This is going to BEE - short & sweet....tomorrow is the beeginning of the month of August...its a month of celebrating for many of my family members, friends & myself - since we were all born on a day in August...my special day happens to be the 17th of August....this will be a month filled of festivities for all....

Here's what all the buzz is about - I would like to celebrate with you my friends in blOZ land too....this entry marks my 37th entry since I started blOZZing & buzzing with everyone out there is "blOZ LaNd"....I will be entering 12 more entries till my Bee-day - which will be my 49th entry and my 49th bee-day...I figured since my blOZ is named "Queen Bee of Creativity aka QBeeC" I would put together, a "HONEY of a bunch " of items related to "a Queen, Bees, & of course things to bee creative with"......I will show the "Bee Prize" on my sixth entry from today's - which will be the half way mark of entries till the 49th Bee-Day...if you would like to enter for this honey of a prize, I kindly ask that you leave me a comment from the day I post a picture of the items till the morning of the 17th...then I will enter your name into my honey jar.....on the evening of the 17th - I will buzz on by and announce the winner....so please join in on the fun with me, while I celebrate this month!
