The End of a blOZ "Queen Bee of Creativity"

Hello All....The beginning of a new month is upon us, the sun is shining, new buds are popping out everywhere...we are already a week into a new season and upon the Holiness Season of Christian Faith ~ Easter...Rising of the Son...and the beginning of renewing ones Faith.... It is a time for Renewal, Rebirth and REJOICING...

I, myself will be renewing a part of my life ~ it is the ending of my blOZ "Queen Bee of Creativity" and moving on to my new one. With the help and assistance of Hope Wallace Karney, I will be creating a new blog for myself... since November of last year a lot has happen in my life ~ one, was I went to Silver Bella and met a wonderful, talented & creative group of ladies and I've been taken classes from the talented ladies at their home, Kecia Deveney & Charlotte Lyons... To me all of this women in my eyes are ALL Queen Bees of Creativity so at that point I decided to remove my crown and become a honey bee... I don't see it as a bad thing I see it as a renewal in myself ~ and beelieving how sweet life can bee...

So I say my farewells as Queen Bee of Creativity and move on to my new Hive, which will be coming out in the middle of April...

The Early Bird Gets The Worm...The Procrastinator - A Lesson To Learn...and A Change is Brewing

Happy Gobble Gobble Day a day early....doesn't the saying go the "Early Bird Catches the Worm" - in this case its the "Early Wishes Brings You Joy & Well Wishes" ... But that is not the case always with me... Actually, I have to say, I do a Spectacular Job at being a Procrastinator.... I truly don't want to be this way but it happens, so if there are any of you out there is blOZ land that can give this gal any suggestions that are helpful, I would be very thankful for them... You see, sometimes when I procrastinate it not only upsets me but there are times when it upset others.... so I do apologize to those that this has affected, know that I truly don't mean to be this way.... Like my little caption of myself goes on the side of my blOZ - "I am a procrastinator on a mission to Focus- Discipline - Finish..."

On another note, below are just a few of the things that I am thankful for during this Thanksgiving Holiday....

* I am thankful that God is always there when I need Him - even though it seems like sometimes I'm all alone but I can rest assure that He is standing right a long side of me...

* I am thankful that I am here to be able to write this message - that my health is gradually improving and will be improving much much more in the months to come...

* I am thankful for my family - whether I still have the honor & pleasure of having them here on earth or even Heaven above...for all that they had to put up with me, to taking me in - in my time of need, for ALWAYS being there

* I am thankful for my friends - that are always there when I need: a helping hand, or shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen to my woes & blessings, food for when times get a little tough not only food for the body but food for the soul also...

* I am thankful that I am blessed with not only one job but with two & a half....

* I am thankful for my artistic talents that God has given me...

* I am thankful for my trip to Silver Bella....and enjoying the company of many TALENTED women from all over the United States (this will be another blOZ entry)

*These are just a few of the things that I am thankful for....

As Halloween comes to an end....I would like to thank all the Ghouls (Danielle, Ellen, Elizabeth, Genevieve & Rhonda) that I had swapped with...here are some glimpses of treats that were made by me and my fellow swap"ettes"...I can't tell you how TALENTED these ghouls are...I was truly blessed by ALL of the goodies & treats that they sent to me .....

Thank you Ghouls soooo much....and I hope that you liked the goodies that I sent your way!...

Welcome.....allllll you Ghosts & Ghouls...I am sooo glad that you could stop by...Howard the Owl heard you coming a mile away. So good ole Howard decided to start giving out some "HOOTS" so that you might find your way faster here.... Ohhhh isn't that funny - you thought boarder up Mizz Bee's old place was ours... Oh my dear NO NO NO
she's buzzzzzed out of here a long time ago. When her true love Mr. Four Eyes turn to stone...it just broke her heart to past by his statue everyday, she wanted to put on his glasses, so that he could see how madly in love she was with him...ohhh thats another story .... let's continue with OUR visit...
Might I ask did you come through the Magical Port Hole to get here...its the only one along this road...and its the only one around for hundreds of miles... this hole can transport you to many many grand places...BUT its the "Ancient Bootiful Carved Doors" known as the "ABCD's" that bring to you an alphabetical magical zany place that not many have gone before the place is called Vanessa "Fanicful Twist Blog" - where the zaniest funniest magical Party is going on....you definitely do not want to miss this party - its the party of all parties - where ALL put on their best dress and webs so that ALL may see... So please do stop by and tell her I said "HI"...



I won't hold you up much longer you will have many places to visit once you stop and visit Fanciful Twist Blog Party...

Let me look at your palm and I can tell you your future....I see a very haunting & exciting day coming your way...so ENJOY it as much as you can...because this chance is ONCE in a life time...

Mr. Black Eye Crow came out of his cage just for you so that he may make a treat or two for you to taste... ohhhh look at the size of that devil egg he made what a funny little chef is he.. but see that he has even prepare a few sweet treats for you to take on your magical journey of fun... don't eat them all at once I know that some of the other ghouls have treats waiting for you too...store some in your caravan and save them for later...

Hurry time is slipping by real fast...you don't want to miss anyone or anything....have a BlAST...

Crow's Night Out...

Helloooo - Just Popping My Head In To See If You're There...

It's been a few days since my last post...but I've been a BIZZY gal - but between my full time job, my part time job at Anthropologie and my 2nd p/t job babysitting and trying sooo hard to get better health wise - I've been a little crazed... but this will pass.. Like the Ostrich I finally decided to get my head out of the ground and start poking around at new and adventurous things... and stand tall & proud.....

So I am here to announce that I will be opening up an Etsy Shop with items that I've created and things that I have found...so please stay tuned to your nearest computer and follow the updates and postings on this new adventure....

My second adventure is deciding on going to Silver Bella 2009 in Omaha, Nebraska in November... its a little scarey - but in the process of joining many swaps that are going on for this event, I've had the pleasure of meeting a lot of wonderful women who will be attending... I can't say that this feeling of nervousness will go away... but the anticipation & excitement in me will balance it out... I will definitely keep you up to date with what is happening & show some of the things I have made for the swaps I'm participating in...... The display on the right is one that is in Anthropologie that shows all of their aprons... this brings to my mind the theme of Silver Bella 2009 which will be aprons... My motto for this event is "So Many Aprons Sooo Little Time".....

Last but not least there will be a third announcement but that will be announced at a later date.... so I hope that you all are like the Ostrich & have but your head up HIGH to discover what is in the sky for you to see... EXPLORE is a word that I will be using a lot in time to come....
