Welcome to My "blOZ sWEeT blOZ"

Welcome to my "blOZ SwEeT blOZ" ....this little gal above is ME aka "QBeeC"...it was taken many many many years ago by my MOM who left this heavenly earth to be with God back in 1968....with Mother's Day soon approaching I have been reminiscing of "Lovely Ladies" who have touch my life - whether they are in heaven or here on earth....I can truly say I've been blessed with an abundance of love from them...here is just a little gallery of pictures of the women that have left a dent in my heart...I thank them for all the LOVE, comforting, caring, and knowledge that they have given to me in the 48 young years of my life...and I know that along the way on my Journey of Life I will be blessed with many more......Its kinda weird - I was going to start this blog entry one way and then all of a sudden I took a turn and wound up entering about the Lovely Ladies in my life....there are many more that have put their dents onto me, but I don't have pictures of them to display right now...but they all know who they are..





Okay, well this is were I'm going to be today....since the weather here in Jersey is suppose to be BEAUTIFULLLL....my garden definitely needs attending to...so while I'm out raking, mowing, clipping and cleaning beds...I will be taking in the morning sun and the flowers that are popping up all around me....

This wasn't what I was taking in for the past couple of nights...I've been bizzzy as a bee getting together all of my swap packages to be mail out today and to be mailed out Tuesday....but the creating started in my art room and some how winded up in my kitchen, I guess you can say I was burning the midnight hours?....but don't you worry all those packages from mermaids, to carnival tokens, to Humpty Dumptys, to Marie Antoinette herself are on their way... I've been having the time of my life...there is glitter, fabric pieces, flowers, and paper every where to be seen..I luv to create...even the pups were touch by the glitter faerie...pictures will follow of all my creations & goodies that went out....

So I bid you farewell for now, so I may go out and play in my Garden....but always remember that you're always "WELCOME" here at my blOZ...

Part 3 of 3 "The Tea of All Teas...."

We made it the party looks like it has begun, but wait it seems that we are the first or last to arrival...oh but that can't be - Phoe"BEE" Coral said that she would meet us here for tea...what is this I see - but Miss Phoe"BEE" running away...oh what could have gone wrong....

Nothing said the Stone Seahorse - she heard that her long lost Love Captain Fin has come back to Swan Island....isn't that where we started at...well we best sit down, and enjoy this cup of tea and sweets that were left for me.... the tea is just warm enough to take away the chill...and the cupcakes and candy hit the spot...

Look at all the treasure that were left behind by Miss Phoe"Bee"...all of the beautiful shell boxes from all the exotic places that she has been to. The story is told that Miss Phoe"BEE" look high and low for her soul mate Captain Fin and to think he never left town....so we hope that they will rekindle their love and never never let anything keep them apart - not even the sea....

Since she has gone to bee with Fin - we should be off to visit all of the other sites in blOZ land while we are here, to see what Sea tales we might learn of or treasures we might see, and maybe there might be a treat with more tea....

So hats off to Miss Lisa at Faerie Enchantment for making an ordinary day into something extraordinary for all of us to come out and play.....till we meet again and the ocean's water tickles your toes, always remember that somewhere out there can be a Mermaid named Miss Phoe"BEE"

Part 2 of 3 "Morning Has Broken" & the Sea"Gals" Are On Their Way to the "Mermaid Tea Party" Hooray!

As we venture out of our rooms that we stay at on the Jersey Shore....we were determine not to mess up today & be on our way to Lisa Kettrel's "Mermaid Tea Party....so we asked this kind Captain Fin where we must go to get us to the Shores of blOZ land - he gave us down pat Map Quest dircctions to the shing ding....later we came to find out that Captain Fin was the beau of Phoe"Bee"Coral back in the late eighties - but they came about rough waters and decided to go their own seperate ways, and till this day neither have met their soul mate......

We jump in our car, and over bridge and through the marshes to Lisa's place we go - if you don't know by how the place to be is faerieenchantment.blogspot.com to get a go spot of tea and maybe a nibble or two of the sweetest treats there'll be...as our starting location became smaller to the eye...we were all excited as can bee to be on the road to blOZ....

As we drove and drove and drove, we saw many sites of the east coast

Then low and behold - what do we see but the "land of Sea Faerie Enchantment" that can only bee where Miss Lisa was going to host her tea....our hearts started pounding or was that the surf in the background...as the anticipation came over us....we couldn't wait to see all the fun that was ahead of us....

We parked our car, and walk the rest of the way....it wasn't far now and we could see through the tall marsh grass that it was waiting for us to arrive & to have a good time with all the others from blOZ Land....it's just passed this star light bush - OMG who do I see - but .............................



Oops....I think the camera when on the blink - as soon as its up and running we'll be back to post some more of our THREE PART Adventure to Miss Lisa's "Mermaid Tea"......see you there....

We're out the door to go to one of the greatest event's...

Have you heard - Lisa Kettrel of Faerie Enchantment is hosting another spectacular event - Miss Lisa's gala will be a SPLASH - to think she has invited all to attend the "Mermaid's Tea Party" it will be the hit of the year....we heard that there will be a school full of Sea"Gals" and Guppies attending so we didn't want to be late....but it seems that we have lost our way and can't seem to find the Pier that it will be at....we've search every pumpkin, cottage(s) and castle but haven't found the right place....

Do you happen to know where it will bee?

Ahhh shucks we were soooo excited that we're a day early...

Well we're on the road again - but we were told its just around the bend past the aquarium right before the sandcastle....and we just were told that we might run into the Seaweed Sisters "Dolphina & Edwinia" and Glady's Tide & the Shell"ettes" - oh & our distance cousin Phoe"Bee" Coral might show up....you have to admit that Miss Lisa sure knows how to throw the Splashest of all Events....

The SON Has RISEN

It's beautiful but cold Easter day here at the Jersey Shore....my cousins (Chris & Cathy and their four children Megan, Emily, Matthew & Michael - Michael & I weren't in any of the pics) and I aka "QBeeC' had an early morning taste of the weather...and at 5:30 am - we all bundle up and huddle in the car to venture to Sea Bright Beach for Sunrise Easter Services but first we made a pit stop to get some HOT chocolate and yes COFFEE...as we waited patiently sipping our hot drinks...others started coming onto the beach as things we're set up for mass...it was just sooo warming - not just by our hot drinks - but by knowing that the SON was going to Rise and the warmth that He brings is everlasting...and we should all remember this time of year and always what Jesus sacrifice for all of us...and remember that His Love is there for us even when the sun goes down...so on this Easter Day please take the time to maybe stop in a church (I also went to mass yesterday for Easter Vigil at St. Anthony's it was such an Awesome mass) or on a beach or at home and say a little prayer of "Thanks to Him - for what He gave to us"....

I've know that I've been blessed by sooo many people in my life - some have left this heavenly earth to be with our Father but there are sooo many out there that have left their dents in my heart that are still here with me, and I am honor & proud to call them my friends & family....I hope that you all out there in blOZ land have that same privilege of having friends & family like I do....

Always remember that the SON will never leave us even when the sun goes down - He will always be there when you need Him - you will never lose His Warmth or His Light...........

By the Moon ...by the Silvery Moon

As I sit here and type away on the computer - I can look up and see a beautiful view of the full moon, which is called the "Pink Moon"...so I decided to put the above picture that I have in my living room to symbolize the moon and the pink in mi lady's dress to be symbolic of the "Pink Moon" - its perfect! Mi Lady looks like a gal out of Maria Antoinette era - & I've been sooo thinking of this era since I just join the Junkk Drawer's "Marie Antoinette Swap" hosted by Maria Rodarte....Ms. Maria pair me with the very talented Ms. Rhonda - who's blog is Rhondamum, OMG!!...you have to stop by her blog to see her recent creation, it is truly stunning - and so is her daughter's master piece I just love the pink she used on her treasure...

I've been blessed with SOOO MANY Beautiful Women and TALENTED too - as my Swap"ette" partner(s)...I am so glad that I join these swaps - just because I get to meet so many of you from blOZ Land...and to think that I don't even have to leave my little art studio to meet you all...too cool and amazing...

On another note - Daffodil Sunday (April 5th) has come and gone..but Easter will soon be upon us....today was such a beautiful day - I got to see all the new life popping up all around us...it is just glorious... Even Miss Fairy Grey was sitting and taking in some sun with the daffy dillys...and the bunnies Wilbert & Fred are patiently waiting the arrival of their Uncle "Mr. Rabbit" himself - the celeb of the family and the boys look up to him - they want to be just as giving as he is for Easter....

Last thing for the night....just a little update on my art room...remember the Inspiration Board that I made a week or two ago, well this is what it looks like now....boy I sure didn't wait long to fill it up...look its Mizz Pinky Rabbit sporting her new Easter Bonnet that I aka "QBeeC" won at Ms. Lightening Bug Lisa "Carnival Soiree" at faerieenchantment.blogspot.com - oh what a blast that was we can't wait to go to the "Mermaid Tea Party" she is having on April 18th - please do stop by her blog and join in on the fun...I know for a fact that this too will be a blast and don't forget to wear your Sunday best....I'm already planning my "By the Sea" Outfit its going to be Shell"tastic" and all the Rave around town...

I wanted to show you all, some one I found hanging around at the trash pick up...well I couldn't let her stand there all by herself - so I told her to jump into my back sit and I would bring her home...and get her all gussie up for the big shing ding for the "Mermaid Tea" - don't you think she will look just Splashy in a Mermaid dress - I can't wait to help her out for the event...a little sea weed here and little shells there and a pearl or two...ohhh and the head piece to die for....

I think it's time to call it a night...my two guys are sleeping away on the floor...they had a fun day running after each other in the back yard - so I bid you a good night and sweet dreams...I'll always leave a light on just in case you want to stop by and leave a note...
